• M-1 Zone (Light Industrial) - SIX PERCENT (6%) for the first term of a lease up to 5 years and THREE PERCENT (3%) for the second 5-yer term.

• M-3 and M-4 Zones (medium to heavy industrial)
  THREE PERCENT (3%) for the first 5 years
  ONE AND ONE HALF PERCENT (1-1/2%) for the second 5 years.

Commissions would be payable on the Minimum Net Rents as follows:

• First 5 years = 3%

• Second 5 years = 1-1/2%

 

• First 5 years = 3%

• Second 5 years = 1-1/2%

For credit-worthy tenants the commissions are payable monthly on the commencement date of each respective term of lease.

To register a prospective tenant or buyer the real estate agent must personally introduce the client to a representative of Bergeron Properties, or deliver a letter signed by the client stating that the agent will act as the client's representative in negotiations for a lease.
